How do I bind commands like 'npc spawn jedi' to a particular key (ie. backslash key)???

Open up the console and type "\bind bleah +whatever you wanna bind it to do" where bleah is the key you want to bind the thingy to. Someone please translate.

what are all of the bindable commands? is there a list somewhere?

All commands are bindable, from cheats to force powers like force_protection.

In MP, type "force" into the console, and it gives you a list of all the commands that start with "force"
Also try :

"cg_"
"g_"
"set"

And you can get some commands that no-one has posted yet.
