what are md3 and tga thingies and can the be edited with something??

tga is a microsoft picture it file i think and you can edit with Jasc Paint Shop Pro and thats all i know of but im sure there are more.

MD3 is the 3D format used by the Q3 engine for player models, enemy models and some in game decorations, TGA is a 32-bit image file format that supports alpha channels and masks -you'll need shader scripts to use alpha channels. If you don't need the alpha channel then use JPG files because they're smaller in size.
