I need a tutorial on actually painting the art to it, that's what I don't know how to do..

Unfortunately, painting the skin is all up to you. It is not difficult to do. Just open up the jpg in something like Paint. You can only change the colors, not the shape, since the SDK(software development kit) isn't out yet.
