Disappearing 3DO

While trying to impliment some new 3DO in my level i came across an issue.
If my 3DO overlap even the SLIGHTEST, one or both will dissapear.
Its not an out of area issue, as I have the flicker.cog attached to each 3DO.
Anyone know whats wrong?

let me clarify just so you know,
when i mean overlap I mean with another 3do, for example, i have 2 trees and if they overlap one or both will disspear. odd no?

does "disappear" mean that they don't appear in the game at all. or do they dissappear depending on viewing angle or so?
it that case it could just be a problem with the 3dos beeing attached to a sector they are not actually in. sometimes happens due to cleaving...

nope its all about not showing in game. They dont show up period. I still run into the collide boxes though. odd? I dunno and its irritating, you cant make a forest without the trees

Do all of the textures on the trees have a texture with transparencies in it?

the leave textures yes. They are 16 bit transparent MATs, the tree trunks are not.

Is it possible that even with a flicker.COG, if the boundry boxes of 2 3DOs overlap then it will cause them not too show?

Not that I've ever seen. What are the templates of the 3do's?

IE., _STRUCTURE, _ZWALKSTRUCTURE, _GHOST, _DEBRIS

the trees i have set to _decor i believe, possibly _structure, though im sure its _decor, the bushes are set to
_ghost so you can walk through them while hiding.

they show perfectly, i'll see if i can give you an ingame and zed shot fr each instance, showing and not lol

Reload the 3do's with a different template (other than _decor). Use one of the structure templates such as _zwalkstructure. I vaguely remember having this problem now many many years ago.
