New Player Model Error

Thanks to a very generous member of the community, I have an awesome new model for my player model. Unfortunately, I can't seem to fix this little problem. I'm sure the solution is very simple. Here is a screenshot to show you what's going on. And no, it's not anything with the surface flags.

Hmm, that's odd. You should open the player model 3DO in Notepad and make sure that 'INSERT OFFSET' has the following values:

INSERT OFFSET -0.000050 0.000000 0.120114
