Still haven't fully decided if I actually need a new computer, but i haven't let such things bother me before. On to planning!

I'm confident that most of the people in here already speak enough Finnish to understand all o' that.

One of the key differences with this build and previous Nikumubuilds is that this time I'm not gonna fall back on Kingston RAM and whatnot because of not wanting to pay too much, but I'm not gonna go for 6 x Geforce TITAN SLI or whatever (I KNOW YOU'RE READING THIS, NoESC!).

Any thoughts?

I'll just reiterate my opinion from the chat:

It looks good but 750W is overkill if we're talking quality PSU's (which that one certainly is). With high quality PSUs, 650W would already be more than enough for that setup. I guess modern PSUs should be pretty good at minimizing unnecessary power output, though.

16GB RAM is also enough for most anyone, though I guess it's cheap enough that you might as well get the 32.
Looks like we're not going down after all, so nevermind.

I'm going to build a computer, too, but I'm going cheaper, waiting for the 1070s to come out. I have to play DOOM and my computer is too slow.

A Steam key to DOOM is actually included with that mobo choice of mine, so I went with that. P:

Well, Kroko, I already have a 750W PSU on my current computer so I'll continue on the same line.

And I was already convinced that having 2 x 16 GB for 32 GB RAM, albeit an overkill, is still a good call instead of 4 x 4 GB for 16 GB RAM or something. So I'm not gonna change the PSU and RAM unless someone can come up with an Earth-shattering reason for why I should.

Well, having discussed the matter with CM, I changed the RAM after all and did some other changes (PSU, CPU cooler, HDD) while at it.

Modular power supplies are recommended now?

Is SLI finally worth it? Every time I tried it it just ended up making everything buggier or even slower.
Sorry for the lousy German

I don't know if Microsoft is still doing it, but two months ago I installed Windows 10 and you could input a valid Windows 7/8 key and it would activate just fine. I put in a code from a netbook I put Linux on and it worked fine. So that might save you some cash.
