Definitely. It may not fit the mold of wholesome family friendly feel-good fluff, but it's a Christmas movie alright! It's a bunch of other things, too.
Looks like we're not going down after all, so nevermind.

It's way more of a Christmas film (as in, it is a Christmas film) than TODOA is a post-Christmas computer stringy thingy.

Clarification: is it a Christmas movie or merely a movie that takes place at Christmas time? For example, I would not consider LA Confidential a Christmas movie, though it also takes place at Christmas time.

LA Confidential can't be a Christmas movie because it has gay **** in it, whereas Die Hard onlyhas wholesome violence.

Although I know it is a Christmas movie I voted otherwise because I wanted to feel special. I also appreciated the twist on Yippie ki yea for an affirmative and Yippie ki nay for the opposite of affirmative, nonfirmative? negfirmative? nofirmative? whatever.
