Well the Academy Awards start in a little more then an hour. Post reactions, thoughts, etc. about the Academy Awards here.

I hope RotK wins alot, but I would also like to see PotC and M&C win some stuff too.

If 21 Grams wins none of the three actor and actress nominations, I will have lost 100% faith in the judges' ability to distinguish exceptional from average.

They have two more chances (though I'm not that angry Tim Robbins won, but Benicio deserved it even more).

My friend is angry at RotK for winning costume design instead of Last Samuarai. And mad that RotK won make up instead of PotC. He is like "YOu are being a stupid ignorant dumb***, PotC deserved that! so did LS!!! RotK won't win best picture" HA! RotK, the costume design, I couldn't picture anyone else winning. I would have liked to see PotC win Make-up, but then again RotK is basically The entire LotR series getting what it deserves. EVERYTHING.

Return of the King - 11 Oscar
Nominations and 11 Oscar won.

The Lord of the Rings trilogy, which has taken seven years to complete, deserves all eleven of these awards. Congrats!
