Well, now I think we're getting into areas we know nothing about. We have no knowledge of agreements between the mall and the store within the mall. However, were I to make a guess, I'd say that if the manager says that the customer is welcome to stay, that the guard would leave the customer alone. A complaint filed against the guard by the manager of the store would probably not be good for the guard.

Em Playa, are you talking to me or SAJN? I can't tell.

Sure sounds like you maturely handled the situation there, SAJN. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/rolleyes.gif]

I hope people treat you the same way you treat them when you're older.

First, I'm not a kid, I'm as old as him and I do believe you. Second, I don't look up to him--he's a nice guy, cool too, but he's not exactly material for a hero, no offense :P. Maybe you should stop flamebaiting, and being a hypocrite, because you complain about SAJN being an *** to you in your threads and posting sarcastic crap yet--well I'll let you figure it out for yourself. If you tell me Em, your ban ended only too soon--I know you've probably done crap like this before, a lot of people have done crap LIKE this before, he just decided to share. LIKE this, LIKE this, not this exact thing. Just making sure we don't get mixed up here. So Em, grow up eh?

Hahaha you're tellin my *** to grown up when you're braggin about pickin on some security guards...

Anyways, nah, I don't pick on people who work. If you ever had a job you would know working is not fun. I don't mess with people unless they mess with me. SAJN messed with me when I got banned so I retaliated. This has nothing to do with him right now. Ya'll are talkin about pickin fights when the same thing happened to Ubuu. Now, if someone started talking **** to me like SAJN was doin to that cop, he would get hit right in the jaw. You guys need to be careful who you mess with, cuz it can come right back at you.

Uh right. First--I didn't BRAG, I stated fact. If you thought I bragged about that, then you're mistaken. Second--I have worked, and it sucks, but the only thing that sucks is when I'm doing my job and people make it harder. Note, when I'm DOING MY JOB. If I'm doing something that I'm not paid to do, I don't expect anyone who acts crappy to me to treat me like a God--I'm not DOING MY JOB. I've worked before, busboy, 4 dollars an hour, no tips. It sucked, especially after a 10 hour shift because the other busboy didn't show up, but it was work and money.

And Yes, I am telling you to grow up.

"Man cuh if you mess wit me **** gon go down brah."

Sounds like a mature intelligent reaction to a situation to me.

No he wasn't, he was telling him to get out of a McDonalds because he was eating Subway with his friends in one instance, actually YELLING at him about it, and in the second he was just not doing his job.
Also, I'm not making fun of the way you talk, although you seem to jump at conclusions that I did. I was merely emulating it. I'm saying that beating the crap out of someone is a solution to ALMOST nothing.
Lastly--Depends on who you are if I would say it to your face. If you had a thousand "brahs" behind you I wouldn't, but if you were alone, then I'd say anything I wanted to. I'm not afraid to speak my mind unless I know I'm gonna get beaten for it. Saying that you'll beat me for speaking my mind only PROVES my point further. Need I go on?

So do I! I mean If I act like a huge jerk to some random teens, I hope they act like a jerk to me. because if I am a 30/40 year old with nothing better to do then yell at teens, I SHOULD get yelled at.

And yea, I just grabbed her, to cath her. No sexual or forceful anything.

Ubuu, yes, we can ALL learn from him. He handled it very well indeed. I could of handled it a lot better, but will letting the cop trample on me do good? No. I see these cops every friday, I can't just let them trample on me every single time I go to see a movie. That cop IMO deserved my cliche insults and all that other stuff. I am not the only one that could of handled that better. The cop could of handled it ALOT better too. I bet if I was the cop telling the story "Yeah, so I went up to this random kid and I told him that he couldn't have food in the returant. So I start yelling at the kid..."

I was harsh to that cop. To harsh? I think not. Maybe this will teach him to wise up. We all lose our temper every once and a while. I am usually a nice person, I usually handle things maturely. Walk away, be polite etc. But these are all one time things. These cops aren't a one time thing. You can only be polite so many times. After a while they will just trash you.

Your mouthing him off didn't "teach him to wise up." It only further confirmed the convictions he had of our sickingly disrespectful generation..

Even if he was disrespectful to you initially, it's not difficult to simply obey his wishes and leave. But I guess you had your own reasons for berating him.

Yes because you know, McDonalds needs the 6+- dollars he just spent on Subway, and god forbid he inspire someone else not to buy their food! They could go broke!

OK.
Well, I'm a security officer or as what you'd call a "rent-a-cop". Now, I don't know where you live, but it sounded kinda wierd there was a security gaurd in a mcdonald's. Or was he from the movie theatre? Anyway, if he does security at the theatre, and it's not mall security or whatever, he shouldn't have been in the mcdonald's to start with. I don't like the name calling and crap i get but i haven't lashed out at anyone like this guy apparently was.

When i'm on duty, My job normally consists of watching the parking lots for break-ins, fights and other bad things like that, and sometimes i go check the locker room for break-ins to the lockers(i'm normally working at recreation centeres).

there are also rules about no skateboarding or bike riding on the sidewalks of these places so SOMETIMES i'm a jerk to the kids doing that but they ARE breaking the rules and there's a skate park right next door so they could just go there.

Sometimes you have to be rude to get your point across, or "escort" someone off the property, but i haven't had to yell at people like your security gaurds, i just tell them the rules, say what part of that rule they're breaking and to bugger off or i'll have to MAKE them bugger off.

So i agree those guys weren't really doing their jobs, but you didn't have to go off on the first one quite so much.

It doesn't matter. Your "Dunkin' Dounuts" deal was out of line. And then you continued to escalate the situation with your further antics. There was no need for you to make the "satan" comment or the "glazed eyes" comment. I'd have been pissed off too because you were so immature. What do you think gives you the right to act like an *** just because someone else was doing his job?

Just hope that you never have to get a job where you have to deal with obnoxious people, especially smart *** teenagers

This isn't about 'morals', really, it's about SAJN being an immature *** .

Why you felt the need to write a long post about how you "triumphed over the man" is beyond me.

Though, you'll just tell me to "read your post" because you "don't care" and you're obviously "damming the man".

Morals have nothing to do with it. I just have no respect for whiny, smart***es. If SANJ hadn't escalated the situation with his mouth (as in he played it cool and just swallowed his tongue) then I wouldn't have any issue. By doing so, he would have proved himself better than the security guard. However, his actions but him on the same level, if not lower than the security guard who lost his cool.

Jesus. H. Christ. I got a sandwich at subway. I'm walking to the movies, and I see my friend at Mc.Donalds. I figure, "Hey, I should stop in a talk with him" Nobody is exactly inspecting my table to see what kind of food I have. I didn't bring the food in just to be an *******! I wa hungry, I got food, WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY YOU EAT FOOD DAMN IT! I didn't plan on eating at Mc.Donalds, my friends obviously did, that's why they were there and I wasn't! I chose to get food at another place. So I walk into Mc.Donalds to TALK TO MY FRIENDS. I didn't try to get people to buy Subway. I just sat down, at some food, and talked with friends. Unless you are a nosey **** you shouldn't be looking over at other peoples tables and easedropping. So unless some nosey bastid was looking over at our table, nobody knew I had subway in the place. Just me and my friends.

OH YES! That is a good one. I AM THE IMMATURE CHILD!!!! That cop was a super mature 40 year old. he is an adult thus he can do no wrong. Adults are never wrong. That cop had every right to yell at me, he also has the right to punk kids, and act like an *** . Children have no right to let of steam every once and a while. He was a cop, cops are never wrong.

Don't give me that crap that you've NEVER EVER EVER in your life gotten pissed at someone for doing something over and over. yes, do the mature thing. Just turn the other cheek! That will solve the problem! While doing the mature thing is mature, it will not solve the problem. While letting off steam, you are STILL not solving the problem, but atleast now that person knows how much you don't respect him, and why you don't. and you feel better. Instead of the bad guy feeling good about him self, and still trashing you!

Obviously I am. This cop blows up in everyones face. After about 20 times of being polite, I snapped. One person can only take so much.

Mature = 1 pt Immature = -1
Cop = -20, Me = 19

I win. Atleast I didn't explode the first 19 times! Bottom line. I was wrong that one time. But that cop should wise up. I've handled the situation 19 (maybe more) times before, by just walking away, ignoring it. But enough is enough.
