If what I'm seeing is correct, he's talking about doing this for JO and JA. Most people that have a modem don't play JO and/or JA online because it's uberlaggy, and those who do can either endure the pain or download the levels separately.
Not saying it's gonna work, of course, just that it might do decently...maybe...in the 4 1/2th dimension.
