I don't have it myself. However, I have seen it, and have heard it. I'm not spreading information on the whereabouts where the person obtained it. All I know is that I've seen it, I've heard it, and the radio stations are actually pretty good.

Can't ban people for saying that they've seen it and maybe even played it, as long as they don't share any information on how to obtain it. Yoshi and kirby both have played/seen Halo 2, but that's not a bannable offense.

I dont see how admitting to downloading/playing warez or whatever is a bannable offence anyways. If they don't link it, it's their life and their choice.

I remember a lot of ban threats directed at people who just talked about the Doom 3 Alpha, without any mention of obtaining it.
