Cats are highly intelligent yes, but very sneaky and unclear with every move. I prefer dogs and other friendly animals that don't appear to have things to hide.

Pfft. Cat haters are as insecure as the dogs they usually own. Cats dont need us.... and for some reason people think that makes them bad.... after all...we are the centre of the universe, arent we?

Cats are beasts - and that's one more reason to like them!

I really like how they behave and seem like they had a very important life and business of their own, outside the household of humans. And it's also fascinating how they seem to be totally aware of their surroundings all the time. That makes startling and frightening them so pleasant...

I like cats. You can leave them alone and forget they exist for days and they're fine. With dogs, you neglect them, and they turn into psychopath killers. Cats are much stronger psychologically.

that neglect is annoying though.

because owners like that have their cats loose in my garden, then the owners complain when their cat comes home with broken ribs.

i really really cant stand it when theres cat **** in my garden.

cats also walk on random surfaces you may want to keep animals away from.

and i'm still bitter about them crapping in my garden, apart from that they can be amusing.

It depends what kind of dog and how buff the cat is. What is most likely to happen is the cat will run away and jump onto a fence or somewhere out of the dogs reach and the dog will jump up and down untill he discovers he cant get the cat or it has left :eek:
If the dog is smaller than the cat it will get raped. :D

put them in a ring, cats are wussy, the biggest example being that there are some breeds of dog humans should be afraid of... apart from giant wildcats, domestic cats are wussy.... you never get a pack of cats defending a scrapyard :P

As for comparinghow tough cats are, remember that cats come in a wide variety as well. The Bengal Tiger is possibly the largest land predator out there. Kiiiities all the way; my house has four of them, and one in particular I simply call "t3h l33t." :D
