Yeah, pretty much if you get hit by a train, no matter what, it is your fault. There are probably exceptions to this (like if your call stalls on the track and the thing doesn't come down). Any other time, the conductor won't even get a slap on the hand if he or she were to hit someone because they are never at fault.

Yeah. It can take miles for a train to stop, depending on how many cars there are.
