Point is, she didn't start. I belive this because I know her very well. She had only been seeing this guy for about 3 weeks or so, and there's no way in hell she'd do that after how ever much time she was dating him. The ****ed up part is he got her drunk, stayed sober, and then took advantage of that once she was passed out.

And regardless of how drunk she was, he knew she had those standards, so he should have had the decency not to violate them, instead of waiting until she was too drunk to say no: Ie passed out. Plus, now that it has happened, she won't really do anything about it. She's a very nonconfrontational person. She has been pissed off at me before, and refused to tell me why, and just waited until she wasn't mad anymore. This even will not disappear like that.

And I'm not dating this girl, and wouldn't date this girl. She's not that type of girl that you would date if you were in my sitaution. Cause I know it would cause things to change between me and her, and that's really the last thing I would want.

i can see through you, you know damn right you have feelings for this girl, whether or night you would and want to put up your friendship for her courtship you could be undecided. Secondly she wasn't passed out because she did things with him as well unless it was just coincedence through restless sleeping her hand got there.... and the not telling you why shes mad thing has to go, my ex-gf did that and i would get so pissed and finally made her a confrontational person.... which wasn't the best idea in the world but hey, not knowing pisses me off more then knowing.

Yeah I never said I didn't have the slightest feelings for her. But I'm actually man enough to not let my feelings get in the way of our friendship.

Her standards are such that anyone she trust can take advantages of her when she is willingly drunk. she is at fault for gettign drunk to the point of not being in controll of her mind. he is at fault for not saying 'hay wait, your drunk baby i dont think you know what your sayign right now'. But in my way of thinking he doesent deserve a beat down, because the way the stuation was described, she problly did say ~yes~ weather you think so or not, and when there is 2 concenting audults (princapls of hers or no principals of hers), i would never call it rape/sexual assult.
