We had a topic about this a LONG time ago, how it was pretty annoying to post this. I myself really didn't care, since I don't mind at all. But now we're getting nothing but QFT and some 3 letter word combos I've never heard before.

While I'm no admin or mod, I beg of you people: Take 3 easy seconds to type out the entirety of the words. Seriously, WTF is quite universal, but QFT just makes people seem imbecilic. Seriously, this isn't a chatroom. You have more than 3 seconds to speak before you're pushed out of the way.

... It's all about post count. The less the amount of time you spend writting a message, the more time you have to find another topic and reply there. Duh.

By the way, I don't do any of that. You can even run a search for my previous posts to prove it to yourself. 98% of the time, I don't.

"QFT" posts are dumb. Just like all the "[so and so] wins" posts. Basically they just say "I don't have an opinion or can't articulate mine so just read this other guy's".

Maybe when someone does it all the time.
I don't pay full attention to other ppl on this, but I usually try to put some comment of my own in my QFT posts.
Though on occasion I just can't think of anything that hasn't been said, so I just show my strong agreement by slapping a QFT in there :) ;)

QFA. QFT gets really annoying, but QFA has a nice ring to it.

I have an even better idea - cut the "quoted for truth" thing out altogether! It started on SA, which thankfully had the good sense to ban it after a while.

The way I see it, if people want to act like they're on SA and steal all its catchphrases, the admins here can act like it too and ban people for them! :p

It took me a little while to realize what QFT was, but it's starting to register in my head now. Persoanlly, I don't really care since I just pass those posts over when I'm reading a thread.
