There...is no winamp in that picture, apart from in the system tray down there. I think the one I use is just the default skin anyway. Or one called "D-Relection." It's one of the two. But either way, you can't see it from there...so in conclusion: I don't know.

As for the bg, the site i got it from is DeviantART . The name of the bg i'm using is Aqueous, by strukt (sorry, but i couldn't find the original. ask me for it, and i'll post the original sitting on my hard-drive)

No, it's obviously not cluttered enough. You forgot the incredibly ugly and overdone abstract art for the background. Also, you obviously dont understand what sidescrolling means since you resized your image to prevent that!
