Well, just reading it on the ban thread, it does look silly, but if you saw the original thread you would have understood. It wasn't funny, it wasn't witty, it was just stupid and irritating and totally unnecessary. No, it wasn't overwhelmingly offensive, but it's certainly something we can do without, so the ban is totally excellent.
