mcdonalds sits on my stomach like acid.

subway kicks *** though.

Meh, I like McDonalds from time to time. Maybe it's because some of their restaurants here are better than somewhere else (duh). And from time to time being 2 month periods or so. Anyways, my answer is still McDonalds.

And, eh, damn burgerboys.

I can't think of any fastfood place I really don't like, except maybe Arby's. Yeah, Arby's is prolly my least favorite.

Speaking of arby's, my physics teacher, mr stephenson (same guy I guoted in my sig :)) tells of how arby's makes their sandwiches:

"First, they take a bun and open it up. Then they take this thin strip of stuff -- and s'not real roast beef. Gol-ly! Who knows what that stuff is? Then, they take some... Cheez Whiz, and they squirt it all over the sandwich. T'ain't even real cheese! Finally, you know what they do? They drop it on the floor, and they step on it."

Far from exact wording, sadly :(. You have to hear him actually say this stuff for it to be really funny.

Nobody likes mcDonalds, what with our salty fried and our "made mostly of bread" chicken nuggets. I could tell you stuff that'll make your hair curl.

I'm alarmed that we buy inferior canadian hashbrowns for one.

Slaw, Arby's roast beef is most certainly roast beef. You can see them slicing it right off a big chunk of...roast beef. If you look at the slices, you can see lines of gristle and marbling from the fat. The cheese is almost certainly cheese as well. Anyone with taste buds could tell you that.

And maybe I'm way out of date (which is quite possible), but according World Trade Organization rules, imports cannot be blocked based on how it is produced.

While I hate all fast food with about an equal burning passion, White Castle has got to be some of the nastiest fast food I've ever had. There is a reason that their food is called "Belly Bombers" and "R**tal Rockets."

Right. McDonalds in McDonalds, anyway you look at it. And yes, I've eaten at McDonalds in other countries and even continents.

Have you had McDonalds in Australia, we have perminant low fat food options, nutritional values on the food packageing, not to mention the fact that the McDonalds customers dont chuck hissy fits when McDonalds changes the oil they use to a type that is less fattening. Australian McDonalds has recently started using real bacon rashers in the Mcmuffins (the bacon also has much more meat than fat too).

In conclusion, the Australian branch of McDonalds is much healthier than the American (and probably the ones you[avenger if there has been another post before this one]) McDonalds.

Yeah, well it's even less fatty in Canada.

If you had read my first post, you would have read that I have actualy eaten at an American McDonalds. Also, I live in Australia so I do know about all the changes being made (and the fact that the same changes would be resisted in the U.S)

I actually like McDonald's. It makes me sick, and not ever want to eat again. But then, a little while later, a few hours, or a day, I start getting a craving for a nice, juicy Big Mac. Mmm. My favourite is Taco Bell. I don't like Burger King or Harvey's. KFC has good chicken, but the food is pretty ****ing bland (good skin, but otherwise it's like eat greasy water). Subway is damn good, especially the rib sub with BBQ sauce and mayonnaise.

McDonald's has, by far, the best french fries. KFC doesn't even compare. KFC fries are alright, but McD's has that beef flavouring, mmm. The other best fries are Fries Supreme at Taco Bell, especially with the Taco Bell sauce.

Hot N Now was the worst, but fortunatly, most (if not all) of them are closed.

Taco Bell is the best fast food for cheapness.
Hardys is the best fast food for burgers and curly fries.
Sonic is the best fast food for deserts and drinks.
Dairy Queen is best fast food for ice cream.
Subway is best fast food for not cramming your gut full of junk.

Do you guys mean Hardee's?

McDonald's makes me want ot puke. Burger King makes me want to go suicidal. Arby's, however, I quite like and Hardee's, while it tastes alright, has to be the most unhealthy thing you could eato n the planet. I recall reading somewhere, that the lastest Hardee's burger is the most calorie packed burger in America at 1,200 something and over 100 grams of Fat. (if someone has already posted this, I apologize).

Hmmm... after thinking about it, I remembered that I really hate fried chicken... too dang greasy... tastes good usually, but it's not worth the clean up effort (or 20 years off my life ;))
still doesn't make me a big fan of Arby's (I don't hate it -- I'll eat it, but I'd rather eat somewhere else).

And for whatever reason, the other day, I had a Sonic hamburger -- worst burger ever.... okay, not the burger itself really, which was about average, but the lettuce was soggy as crap, even moreso than McD's french fries usually are.

Amazing how much I can remember at random times :\

how is it that american branches of things like KFC, Burger King, McDonalds make poeple sick, yet They seem to hardly ever make people sick over here. (unless someone gorges themselves).

I think the reason why others dont come (the ones that realise there is profit potential in countries on other continants) don't appear in Australia is that the foods would have to change so much to meet our food standards (as well as the volentary improvements that make the company at least seem[/i[ like they care about their customer's well being) that their food products would change so much that their products would be totally different.

I've seen that before.

Overall, my least favorite fast food place is McDonalds. But the worst burgers would have to be Burgerville. It's not that they terrible, there is just nothing good about them. I'd eat them if they were free (and I have) but that's about it. But Burgerville has great onion, rings fries, and the best fast food milkshakes ever. They have this chocolate- hazelnut milkshake during hazelnut season that is so worth the four dollars.

Bad fast food places that come to mind, other than McDonalds...

1) Jack in the box: Food they serve is bland to me. Nothing to write home about.

2) Wendy's: Same as Jack - its alright but not great.

3) El Pollo Loco: Bleeah... their chicken is such crap. Not much chicken and too much seasonings.

4) Panda Express: Chinese Food is one of my favorites and it takes a lot to make it taste like crap. Panda Express does a damn good job of making that impossible feat possible. Therefore, they either need to lose customers through a boycott or have every employee be shot in the face multiple times with a fully automatic shotgun.

I actually don't mind Jack in the Box. Their commercials are good (they are one of the few commercials that I actually pay attention to) b/c they are usually funny.

Their food is not that bad, I've definitely had worse.

Taco John's

It's been 6-7 years and I still can taste their horrible food. :(

Even their promotional pictures of their food look like ****.
