I've been reading lately about how Massassi would like some T-Shirts to celebrate this odd place and also to identify each other. Well, it just so happens a friend of mine has a Dad who owns an apparel company. My friend is quite skilled himself in this department and would be willing, if their is significant demand, to provide T-Shirts for Massassians for somewhere (this is purely estimation at the moment, so nothing is final) in the neighborhood of $5.00-$20.00 a shirt. Also, keep in mind, that the more people that sign up, the lower the cost!

At the moment though, we just need names. If you are even possbily interested in buying a Massassi T-Shirt, please vote "yes" in poll, and post your name and the quantity of T-Shirts you would want. Did I mention Hoodies are a possibility as well? (not Definate, mind you)

User Names on one sleeve custom title on the other, and the sig on the back!

Or just the option of being able to put a quote or something on the back would be awesome, and I like the idea of the name on the sleeve, but it'd be kinda cool to have the option of being able to get it on one of the corners, like where a nametag would be.

I'm sure some of my ideas are a bit far-fetched, especially due to the changing of the sigs and such.... but still a possibility...

And yes, adding a quote to the back would be perfect. I don't know what I'd do, but it'd be perfect to have a great witty massassi quote on the back.

not sure, i'm no lawyer, but as far as copyrights go, the entire site falls under fandom or something else and you are allowed to sell merchandise for it... donno the specifics, but numours Star trek or stargate fan sites sell fan make merchandise.

Nothing beats the designs Zully came up with for the last thread about Massassi T-Shirts.

Also, designs would probably have to be vector-based graphics in order for us to get them printed.

You could just use cafepress and make yourselves a hoody/shirt/thong or whatever. I'm using it to make my girlfriend a workout suit.

Anyone else think we desperately need a new logo for Massassi? We've had that same logo since this site design got started, back in 1998-99.

I think it has a classic touch. I don't want to see it change.

I too would buy the zip sweater without the huge logo. Also, I wouldn't mind advertising the Massassi Temple, but I WOULD mind having "The #1 Source for blah blah" on it. I don't even LIKE Jedi Knight, but Massassi is my heroin.

I'd go for the T-shirt with the logo on the front/back, but drop the #1 souce.... bit and (if possible) replace with username.

Right, so far I've got a pretty good general statstic going. This is probably off by a bit, but this is what I've now gathered (btw "M" = "Massassian"):

• 22 - The # of M who voted yes on poll (91.67%)
• 15 - Apprx. the # of M who say want shirt on thread
• 6 - # of M who want their apparel customized
• 6 - # of M who want to get rid of "#1 source for all..."
• 3 - # of M who want to get rid of M logo on back

I agree with popular consensus that the text "The #1 source for all things Jedi Knight" needs to go. I will mention this to my friend. As far as I'm concerned though, the Main massassi logo is staying. How can you not have that on your shirt? That thing is synonymous with massassi, I'm not changing it for some hip new hard to design logo that no one will recognize and that will hold no nostalgic value. It stays. And I don't think it would be worth the money to get it taken off.

Remember, customized is possible but not probable at the moment. This is a fairly small target audience we're talking about here. However, the more that say they're interested and will be willing to pay, the cheaper the shirts will be for everyone. Keep 'em rolling!

I voted in the poll, and of course said yes. This would be freakin sweet to say the least. I also agrre with the removal of the "#1...." line. The log speaks for itself. Customization would be nice, but if its too difficult I could live without it.

I would buy one XL hoodie and one XL t-shirt. Well, it probably will vary based on pricing, but that's what I'd personally aim for.

Hmm, that seems like a good idea, however I don't know exactly how we could pull it off in a legible format that doesn't look too boring.

also, there should be an option to get the tshirt with only one of the graphics. I could do w/o the back graphic on mine, I only want the small one on the front.
