I used to hate the M60 in BF:V before it was patched. It was infuriating for the first three months, typically ending up on the NVA/VC team (I always join the team with less players). Sometimes almost everyone'd switch, and it'd be 20 vs. 8, and most of the 20'd be unsurprisingly using the M60+LAWs kit.
Sure it was rewarding managing to spawn and not getting gunned down the first minute to find a good spot and picking off a half-dozen LAW-ites with an bolt-action rifle. Or better yet, getting your hands on one of the kits yourself from a corpse and turning it against the overconfident masses, seeing how they like it, not sparing anyone at all or playing fair at all.
Similarly, but not nearly to the same extent, I'm usually not that impressed by being killed by someone with a PpSH in COD. I never use it for that reason. MP_Harbour and most other CQB Eastern Front maps in TDM mode were just stupid, until COD:UO and the deployable LMG's + Semi-Auto's came along. Heh-heh. Like fish in a barrel in the narrow approaches.
Being ELF'd and then killed in T1 or T2 was annoying, but you had to be impressed with someone who manages to wield it that effectively.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.
