Post your height and weight, as well as your build (skinny, fat, stocky, etc.)

Height: 6'3"

Weight: 230 lbs.

Build: Stocky. I used to be a skinny dude when i was a kid and through high school, but I started bulking up a lot in the last year. Not too much fat, but like most people, i could stand to lose some. (I guess that's what the college diet (a.k.a. anything you can grab fast) can do to you.

6' 140lb.

I don't have a really thin 'frame', so I could definitely gain some weight..if I could hit ~160, I'd be alright. We're thinking (serious) stress is/was the issue -- hopefully going to be remedied shortly. We'll see.

height: 6'2.5" (ish)
weight: 153 (fully clothed with wallet, cell phone, keys and steel toed shoes)

build? You guess. Definately skinny. Can't bulk up for the life of me. I eat as much as I can, and exercise all the time, but I never gain an once.

Oddly enough, I went to get fitted for a tux for my friend's wedding coming up in June, and my waist size is 29" which is skinnier than his 5' tall 100 lb fiance (31")
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

6'4" / 200 lbs / 16 yrs old

Body: Tall, strong build. Back in grade school, I was hardly active at all, but now it's the opposite. Most of it is muscle - I work out five days per week (rowing team). However, I guess that I too could stand to drop a pound or so.

I could stand to lose about 5 pounds or so, or at least turn that much fat into muscle.

Height: 6'
Weight: 214 lbs, last time I weighed myself

Build: I've been told I could look like Ahnold or other big dudes if I worked for it, given my bone structure, but as it is I'm just a kind of big chunky dude whose not quite so fat that you'd say "hey look at that fat guy".

19 years old
189cm (6'2"+ ?)
77 kg (something like 170lb), it did drop to 74 before Christmas when everything seemed to be falling apart.
BMI was ~21 last time I checked.

Lanky is the word that comes to mind most. I bike, cross-country ski, walk everywhere, do sit-ups, push-ups and pull-ups. I'm not exceptionally fit, I'm just not flabby either. Could do with some more anaerobic upper-body strength.

height = 5' 9"
weight = 145lbs (use metric you buggers... :p 65kg)

build....well I row, windsurfing and swim on a regular basis and so you can guess from that, I'd rather not say I'm muscular as it sounds a bit pretentious...although I do have ridiculously sized calves and thighs compared to my height....

and for the life of me I can't but fat on, I eat like a pig but nothing stays, did I mention that girls hate me because of this :D

About 135, although I'm working out because I'm going for Drum Major next year, so I should be gaining a bit.

Build: Definetely (sp?) skinny. No change in the past 15 years on that one.

6'0" and 140 lbs

I was around 160 before I started taking karate and yoga. I do way too much cardio and not enough strength training for someone with such a high metabolic rate.

Being drum major seriously kicks ***. I had a blast for the two years I was drum major in my old cadet corps. It was a very prestigious position, which all the musicians envied. :p
