Dark chocolate increases short-term brain power, apparently. Won't do much good for breakfast, but munch a bar a few minutes before the exam and it should help.

Eat anything you think will help. Then think that it's working.

Hey, Blue? I'm loving the things you do. From the very first time, the fight you fight for will always be mine.

Whatever you do don't go on the atkins diet. It is one of the stupidest things, seeing as carbs are you brain's fuel...

I suggest a banana and peanuts. I usually have that before hockey.

All those diets are bad, but they have some good ideas. An overload of carbs is bad, but a moderate intake of whole grain wheat is fine. The potato is a good example; eatting a potato is worse than eatting raw table sugar. A history of fruit-based diets have left Polynesians more prone to diabetes. Low fat diets aren't good either, fats in plants and fish are wonderful for you. Really it's just a matter of consuming a decent balance of everything and monitoring your calorie intake (as carbs, proteins, and fats are converted to calories anyway).

Um.. I just wanted a better-than-normal breakfast. I wasn't looking to change my whole food intake system (RE: Diets)

Anyway. Test went reasonably well.
I had a Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wheat bread for breakfast, and another with a banana for lunch (about 20 minutes before the test).

Thanks all!
