The fact that the x800Pro is 100 dollars less, and runs just as good if not better than the 6800 Ultra must be lost on you. X800XT all the way baby.

1. ATI's linux drivers suck.

2. ATI's openGL performance sucks.

3. Linux + DirectX == suck.

It's clear that if you are on Windows, however, that the ATI card is by far the best choice.

  • Get a job, even if that means going to Wal-Mart,
  • Maybe take some art courses,
  • Research which schools have the best game design/development programs,
  • Keep practicing guitar,
  • Try making some maps for JA (perhaps even one for the SP contest?),
  • Read, sleep, and eat.
If there's anything other than that, I probably won't know for a month or two.

- Wake up
- Waist the day on the computer
- Go to bed
- Repeat

(Note: Food is optional)

Nah, I really don't have any plans for this Summer. Maybe go bike riding a bit more, learn to skateboard if possible, meditate, etc.

  • Get a job either at a sporting goods store or on the Parkway clearing trails, hopefully keep at least one through school
  • Learn FoxPro 8 so I can work at nights for my dads friend
  • Help my grandpa do appraisals whenever possible
  • Work on my basketball, golf, and tennis games
  • Even out the horrid tan lines I got last summer from actually using spray on sunscreen wrong [http://forums.massassi.net/html/redface.gif]
  • Start another savings account in addition to my account for college
  • Volunteer at the local hospital
  • Start really looking into colleges
  • Get over the danged awful girl problems I've had here lately and get this last one far behind me
  • Hang out with my friends
  • Start lifting weights to actually get some muscle to go along with my skin and bones

Off the top of my head. Not planning on haveing a real eventfull summer at all.
