I personally HATE picture sigs. They are an eyesore and are for the most part retarded. Avatars are completely different though, they allow you to recognize who the poster is without having to take the time and read their name.... ya... I'm lazy.

Its not usually a matter of how good the pic actually is, just that there a bugger to scroll through, usually clash terriably with the color scheme, and increase load times.

I love Massasi so much because it doesn't have *Any* damn pictures that automaticaly load with ever post.

Luckily for me (some of us), Brian is also against sig pics.

I agree, avatars are often quite pleasant. They work well enough on Lucasforums.
I would very much prefer restricted HTML instead of UBB code. I always get the 'img' tags wrong.
Although the 'quote' and 'code' tags are nice.

Also, I really think the
disclaimer could be removed. I don't think anyone is going to be confused by "HTML is OFF" and "UBB Code is ON".

I like pie.
