370 actually. The canadian dollar is quite strong nowadays in fact.

And don't you only get time and a half? Not Double and a half, unless your employer does this. Anyway I could be wrong.

Listen to this: On average, Canadian college students and graduates know more about American history than American college students and graduates know about Canadian history. It doesn't necessarily mean we're smarter than you guys, but it means we have more respect for other countries.

Damn fights.

Zloc, we're talking about the war of 1812 (I think) in which we beat you back after trying to invade us, then burned down your white house.

No, it's just that there isn't nearly as much history in Canada as in the United States.

I mean, how much can you talk about "Dodgers of Foreign War" and turning their backs and running to the Commies?

That's not true. You can't just say "You have less history." LoL, Canada has only been a country since Confederation, but it was still there before 1867. Plus, it was still called Canada. We had Upper and Lower Canada (I believe that's basically Quebec and Ontario, respectively) and even before then there were British and French colonies.

[EDIT] "Dodgers of Foreign War" eh? Are you saying that's bad? And, by that, implying that wartime is better than peacetime? Would you rather have thousands dying than everyone living in harmony?? HMMM???

Whaddaya mean, anyway? Running to the commies, he says. Sheesh.

Um...That's a pretty ignorant statement to make..

Especially RIGHT after someone claims the fact that American students dont know as much about Canadian history..If this is true, that could explain your statement.

A lot of things originated in Canada. There's a hell of a lot of history.

One of the most prominent things i can think of would be how America was renound for its love of slavery (before lincoln), whilst Canada was renound for saving slaves from America. Underground Railroad anyone? There's as much history in that as there is in your American Civil War, and they jam it down our throats in history class over and over.

Stonewall jackson, Robert Gould, etc, etc, etc..

Canada has as much history as the USA does.

Pshh, but how much of it is worth learning!? Eh??? *pun intended*

If you hadn't guess by now, I find it fun to make fun of Canada, and I have no arguments to support it. Other than that Canada is just fun to make fun of.

Don't you ALL remember the famous baby seal clubbing of 1942 when the Canadians allied with Hitler and Stalin in this extremely secret pact to go kill baby seals, along with small puppies?

Uh... you're saying that our backgrounds, where we came from etc, isn't worth learning? Of course it is. It's an important part of our culture.

War Dodgers??

We were in both world wars for a while before you Americans were and we were there in Korea too, Canada didn't hesitate for a second to go with you to Afghanistan. As a matter of fact, we were there before you were. We've been at pretty much every major conflict except Vietnam and even then Canadans were joining the American military so they COULD help and that's above and beyond what was expected of our countrymen if you think about it.

Just because we didn't jump on your Iraq band wagon doesn't mean we're afraid to fight.

We don't have the gigantic military force the US has at the moment and when you lot were off to Iraq, our forces were spread out doing this thing called "peace keeping" maybe you've heard of it before? We still have a lot of people in Afghanistan and many other countries where our help as peace keepers is required.

Calling us war dodgers is just as bad as the Canadians calling Americans war mogners, starting wars for the hell of it and for no just reason. Both cases are not true. So get off our backs about it already.

Remember it? I have one of the few dogs that managed to survive that massacre.
He's a fine normal dog most of the time but kills canadians on sight.
Not germans though... I guess their the lesser of the two evils

You Canadians need to learn some reading comprehension. Did any of you actually notice me saying in my post

I still can't believe that some of you are still taking me seriously.

Yeah, I read it. I believe it was right above your incredibly compelling seal-clubbing argument. You'd almost won me over with that one, mscbuck.

In any case, the fact remains that "Smores" ice cream is way underrated.
