What on earth happened back there? I was frozen for about 10 minutes. And all this freakish abnormal stuff and crazy lag started occurring.

Well you were laggin badly until a hacker dude joined and flew across the sky. He then left, and then I quit.

But the hacker had decent ping while he flew around the sky...

That's good. Plus I have that game already (bought it for $10) though I'd still rather play UT. Anyone lese for either of these two.

I have AvP, and is it normal for me to be afraid of playing as a Marine or going past level 2 as a predator? Aliens scare the **** out of me.

I'm sorry, I don't know what's going on with it. I've practically given up. Other people had a lot of fun. but my lag was off the charts. I guess I'll try it one more time. Give me a sec, I'll be right back.

For some strange reason, my lag seems to skyrocket while playing AvP2 (full version or demo), and yet it's fine with every other game I've tried. Very odd.

Well, either way I'm afraid, this is the end of today's adventures in the wonderful world of gaming. Someone else might be hosting if oyu're lucky, but as for me, I think I'll stick to something more simplistic next time - like Jedi Knight! [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif]

AVP2 MP Survivor mode with Aliens vs. Marines or Corporates is one of the most intense mp experiences you'll encounter.
