This kinda of silly that's happening with the "Hot Coffee" mod and this proposal is just dumb. America is a little crazy when it comes to these things. Some places, you can get in more trouble for kissing a girl than hitting one.

The really IDIOTIC thing about this is that they are cracking down on fun and things oh so harmless compared to actual crime-things than actual crimes.

Yes, BUT they could follow the path of some companies that provide very dumbed down modding tools to make maps with default prefabs and the like that could not possibly deviate from the original game that radically.

When they outlaw modding only outlaws will mod.
