If you remove all the NPCs, that would confuse me at first glance too.

I forgot to mention, no prerendered backdrops. I want real time ingame graphics.

That's a screenshot of New Targonor, a city in an upcoming MMOG called Vanguard: Saga of Heroes. It reminds me of a sun rise, the way the light rolls over the hills and such. Oh, and they're using the Unreal graphics engine.
