Not even pants!

I find that at the rate I go through shoes, buying expensive shoes is a waste of money (which I don't have.) >_> This thread reminded me I need to buy new shoes...two weeks into a new semester and I already have the bottoms completely worn out.

Adidas ProModels / Superstar 2G.

Superstars are about 30 dollars, ProModels are about 40. ProModels are the comfiest shoes I've ever worn.

I currently own close to 10 pair of shoes that all still have a years wear or are brand new. Tired of finding pictures for all of them though. I have bought the same pair of shoes after one has ran out many times. Let's see:

Well I am in the market for new shoes soon. Since all you seem to rave about bigger brand names - what do you recommend? The most I'd probably pay for shoes would be $30-50. Particularly something that can take the beating of walking to class, and the occasional climbing.

IF you want climbing, any nike training shoes will do real well. For strictly walking...New Balance 574's have become quiet trendy, unfortunatley, and are super comfy.

chuck taylors are cool and all, but damn, i see them EVERYWHERE. too trendwhore / hipster / late.

now, replace those silly white laces with some checkered ones / something that isn't plain white, then it might not be too bad.

My best friend, my age, wears size 13. He's not even 13 YEARS OLD! (Will be this month) But then again, he's like 5' 10"..so..yeah, he's one of the stars of our basketball team :P.

I'm sure he finds a way to cover himself.
