you'll never mention it all in 20 minutes. i'd stick with:
- the file formats being documented
- editing tools being produced, particularly JED
- tricks and workarounds allowing implementation of more modern features

then use the last five minutes to showcase some of the stuff that's really impressive.

Agreed. Make sure you show comparison shots between the stock levels or models and the new material, otherwise people won't get how impressive it is.
