I'm also gonna guess something nobody else would guess.....

Grand Theft Auto 1-3 & Vice City...it kinda looks like a health bar...but your hints reminds me of GTA 1 & 2...not likely the right answer though.

Judging from the Jaggies on the letters, I'd say either JK, Battle for Endor, or Battle for Yavin. Perhaps Rebel Assault 1 or 2 as well.
