I use "zed" and "zee" interchangeably. I still don't know why. You'd figure by this point in my life I'd stick to one.

"aitch" is the correct pronounciation everywhere as far as I know (including Australia) haitch is a bad habit I picked up from my mother, like smoking and poking fat people.
