Grim Fandango, Monkey Island Series, Space Quest series. Most adventure games have pretty good voice acting. Grim Fandango was exceptional.

System Shock 2 also had excellent voice acting, the logs and stuff.

now that I think about it, DooM 3's voice acting was good too, espescially for the logs.

Metal Gear Solid
KoTOR/2
Baldur's Gate 2 had some really good voice acting in places.
And yeah, Half Life 2 was good in that respect as well.

He's got quite a resume. He also voiced the Exile in KotOR2.
