Beta testers needed...
2005-10-27, 1:46 PM #1
Ok, I'm looking for beta testers for the game. If you are interested, post your e-mail (prefarably MSN for IM) and what languages you speak (this is important). Also give us some record on what you have beta tested before. I reserve myself the right of who to choose.
Nothing to see here, move along.

Experiance: Beta'd a few levels(JK, JA, Soldat), and got a beta invite to WoW, but my computer was too imcompetant then. However I'm pretty good at looking for bugs.

Before more people jump right into this, let me caution you that its 2d.
Nothing to see here, move along.

Phht.

So? Let me name off games that are 2d, and are freaking amazing. (Not whole list)

Final Fantasy 1-6 (6 not so much. It wasn't BAD, but it's not fully 2d)
Soldat
Worms (All except 3d... for obvious reasons)
Dragon Warrior series (Except 8)
Well of Souls (Well... *I* like it)
Rag Doll Kung Fu (Buy it NOW)

(I LOVE BRACKETS)

I’m game...

West__wind@hotmail.com

I was a former member of JKBTG (Jedi Knight Beta Test Group), as such did lots of JK beta testing.

I also beta tested Real-Myst.

I could list quite a few of MMO's (Ryzom and the like), but I don’t really count those as real beta's.

Alas, I speak only English, and I not even very good at that.

Haha, the JKBTG, I remember them. They had come up with a clever scheme to get to play mods before anyone else. I even fell for that "professional beta testing" nonsense myself, letting them test AotL. :p

Some of us did attempt to seriously test levels... but yeah, for the most part it was a great way to play levels and mods before they came out. Many of them never came out at all, pity...

Q. How many testers does it take to change a light bulb?

You mean it will become insanely popular, have a cartoon based on it and every game made that has anything to do with it in future will become an instant best seller until the fad finally dies off, only to be replaced by dozens of clones?
