I've been on many betas before... and they start with 25% of the application, and then they keep devloping and ask for suggestions... thats praticaly what I'm doing here.

Um... generally around 25% means the core programming is done, which means its closer to an alpha. Beta, I'd expect, would be around 50-75% complete at the earliest.

Not to put a damper on your project. Call it what you want. Just my professional opinion. :) Never really used "alpha" and "beta" references when testing at work, its just version numbers and project dates.

Some emails, with attached files that he would have to compile, a readme stating how to set it up, so on and so forth?

Maybe not a huge amount of effort, but I doubt it's just "some emails".

Upload it to webspace, send out the link. No problem. That'd take me the best of 10 minutes maximum.

CLARIFICATION: This is the same project that I was working on back in may, except with a different more advanced engine, more things, a server, and other stuff... No more details to be releaesed. The reason I'm taking a week is to take the resources from the old engine and putting it in the new one and making the tutorial map again... plus I'm getting a STABLE and SECURE server... this was not needed to be posted, but since you all bloody insist.

I must agree with SOME of what Freelancer said. MBeggar, you also do your share of adding flames to the fire, so I don't see how you can have the cojones to tell OTHER people to stop being jerks, when you yourself act the exact same way in some threads.

Matrix mod IS NOT a TC, if you mean the TLOTRTTT TC that was more of a joke than it was a mod.... this mmorpg thing is being made and the film thing is scheduled for NEXT year....... WTF is all this COUNCIL spot buisness.... ? I have no recolection of any of thatm since my clan NEVER had a council..... And that movie I was working on is true, you can find it mentioned on the forums of TF.N along time ago. Also I've never finished and released any mod, because they just sucked too much, maybe when JK was starting they would have been cool, but not when they were something.

I admit that when I started this mmorp buisness I had no idea... I had always in mind of making konfuze thingys.... I also admit that the only serious TC I ever STARTED was the LOTR thing.... and I do admit to failing in that. My commercial buisness thing failed too, there just was no interest and I had to go back to school. However these things ARE certain:
Massassi Konfuze MMO thingy - (Currently working on.)
MATRIX MOD (SUSPENDED TILL CHRISTMAS VACATION)
JK 3d movie thingy (Beggining next year)
