Chuck Norris doesn't have the sense to know a plane crashed somewhere until he tastes the soil, so I imagine Vin Diesel could stroll up and break his neck in three places before Norris was any the wiser.

The average is 1 converted mana per toughness and that's before any special abilities. So no, that's shockingly cheap -- especially with new Ravnica lands, pain lands and all cards with the ability "Add 1 for each basic land type among lands you control".

If you really wanted to make it over over over powered give it something like 3WRGUB morph + can be played face-down for 10. Or add vigilance and "<0> If any spell or ability would cause the game to end, prevent it."

Can you possibly tap all the elemental mana in one turn, plus 10 more, to get a creautre like that out? That takes up a significant amount of the deck.

Like I said, there are options.

Moxes and Black Lotus could work but they're expensive. Ravnica lands allow you to play a land that produces 2 mana of different colors. Pain lands allow you to do the same, but it costs one life. Dark Rituals give BBB for the cost of B and Cabal Rituals give BBB for the cost of 1B (threshold: gives BBBBB). Cabal Coffers have the ability (2 tap) Add B for each swamp you control. Elves and goblins both have cards with the ability to give mana if tapped, or mana for each elf/goblin in play. Plus the classic mainstay: Birds of Paradise. And there are lots of cards and creatures with the ability "When [...] comes into play you may search your library for a land card and put it into play tapped. Shuffle your library."

Believe me, pumping out a ton of mana isn't a problem. Especially by the time you'd need or encounter the card. Don't forget, you can only have 1 Legendary card with the same title text in a single deck.

There's still a flaw. The "End Game" card (I think it's called Armegeddon or something) can possibly get by the "All damage done to Vin Diesel will be converted to 0" feat.

But yeah I guess Mana isn't a problem.

If he's sent to the graveyard he's returned to play untapped. Pay 0 and prevent the event that would end the game. Either way.

Just for clarity, revise the <0> prevention to "this ability can be played as an instant"
