Why aren't they pushing for the death penalty, if it's clearly premeditated? Also, doesn't South Carolina still use the electric chair?

I know little about law, and even less about American law, but I am quite interested.

Way to fuel the fire. Bravo....

And Raoul, get off your high horse, if you want to ****ing debate about drugs, make your own thread.

now that this is cleared up, I feel bad for you Elana, reading that article just made me go wide-eyed and jaw dropped... Might not seem much but you -do- have all my sympathies through this, even if it's not about me it just seems so senseless in my head.. So yeah, keep your spirits up even if it seems hard, you'll help yourself in the long run.

Very few things make me mad like that. Sorry bout that, but I lost a friend to marijuana addiction. People like Raoul just piss me off to no end.

Without an actual plan, it's not premeditated. Even if he had thoughts about killing him, it's still in a wave of fury that he did it.

The music industry is a cruel and shallow money trench where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.

Yeah.. although he would probably deserve it.. I don't know, it just seems heartless that they will now jump at every opportunity to incriminate him further, now even a few words he said or wrote without much thought have a chance giving him life sentence..

I'm sorry about the situation. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif]

In a world where everyone lives in Finland, he would be sent to juvenile prison, where he would operate the coffee machine for a week and get out for good behavior and excellent coffee.
Looks like we're not going down after all, so nevermind.
