Just got done eating ribs.. MMMMM... So post your favorite cuts of meat, what you put on them (sauces, etc), how you like them cooked (medium rare, well done, etc) and where you favorite place to go eat is.
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

Duck with orange-flavored sauce is awesome! French resturants do it the best.

I enjoy all non-pig and non-nonsteakyfish meats, but beef, chicken and salmon are my favorites. Grilled medium-rare beef steak is delicious.

I made a rub this summer that I used on steak and it was damn good. Salt, pepper, cayanne pepper, and oregano. So good.

You haven't had good beer. This is true for Budweiser and most American rubbish, but if you take a fine French-Canadian or German beer,... man. It's just delicious.

I like pretty much everything but ham. And duck (I think. It's been a while).

And the best way to eat beef is rendang.

I probably favor beef the most. Marinated steaks on the grill, medium-well. I guess with that theme, Outback is pretty nice.

Gimme a nice, tender, juicy, thick, medium-rare steak, with just a little bit of steak seasoning on it... oh god I'm salivating...

Anything that'll stay still long enough to bite (well except human appendages). Best thing in the world is a steak, wrapped in bacon and grilled, with a little red pepper, cooked extra rare. Rare to the point, you cut in and it still screams in pain...and now to go eat a lame school soy burger or some other healthy snack. :gbk: Cajun fried turkey is awsome for the holidays, and my buddy's dad makes the BEST BBQ game bird (any kind).

I've just finished a Steak and Ale Pie....although not my favourite it tastes goooood.

lamb cooked well with some mint sauce always goes down well, as does Hong Kong Style Sweet and Sour Chicken. A good steak (medium) with english mustard...can't go wrong....uuummm...meat.

I usually like meat done well, as long as the chef is good enough to to keep it from drying out.

Good lord, I've never met so many people who like medium rare steak in my life. I like medium, and even then, most people are grossed out. But seriously, I don't know what the situation is in the rest of the world, but in North Carolina it's a pain in the *** to get a decent steak that hasn't been WAYYY overcooked. Seriously, they must be freaking out about Mad Cow or Salmonella or something, because EVERY time I ask for a medium steak, there is almost NEVER any pink in the middle, even when I specifically ask for pink. Really irritating, I never use to have this problem a few years ago.

Anyone else know what I mean?

yeah... I like medium myself if it's cooked properly.. But a lot of chefs overcook it.

yeah I know what you mean, some of places don't cook it medium rare around here and overcook medium, but the farther south you go the better your chances of getting a decent steak
