Never heard of the guy. But I mean seriously, he sung some songs. That doesn’t make him great. He didn't die for any cause. He's just a performer. No better than any other average guy. It's sad that he died, but people who died for an actual cause like a policemen or a soldiers deserve to be remembered much more than a singer. Being killed takes no bravery. Willingly putting yourself in a position where you may die takes bravery. Heroes are people who are who do brave things for a worthy causes, not people who sing and get lots of money.

Doesnt mean he wasnt a good person and doesnt deserve to be remembered.

But in todays society its sad that people know more about celebrities than about things that actually matter.
