My "view source" habit didn't work. Not sure why I did that.

Hmm. Not sure what to do first.

Page four is giving me some trouble. I'm messing with what seems obvious, but it isn't working.

I don't suppose someone could help me with this? Is this even relevant? It repeats when you translate the code over and over :P.

[edit] Blaergh... nevermind the above. I see the problem with the code now I just need to figure out what it means. [/edit]

I try 3141509 (Or whatever it was) which is pi, but that didn't work. Or at least all the pi that was revealed in the paragraph.

Hahaha...you're so close, it's cute.

(that one took me forever just to see the numbers as the clue)

then i got stuck on page 3 and gave up

I hate this, I'm still stuck on page 1 :(

I've been using google and I just can't figure out # 3... The code can't be binary due to the number of Digits . I dunno what to do.

On page 5 at the moment.

Does this one require game-specific knowledge?
2005-12-15, 4:55 PM #15
heh, all you need to do is type site:relpats-eht.com into google and it'll show you all the pages on the site. Doesn't seem to have the very last one though :(

Yeah, but what's the fun in that?
2005-12-15, 5:15 PM #18
I cheated to get the answers, and I'm still having trouble with figuring out why they are the answer.
2005-12-15, 5:25 PM #19
I'm on #4

Veger: It is binary, actually. Just, individual letters. Try using a binary to ascii translator and putting in each block individually.

going through properly I got stuck at page 4.

Even though i know the answer i have no idea how to get it from the info on the page.

i'm guessing it has something to do with the spelling mistakes, but i really cant see it.

hint: ascii numbers have 8 digits.

Each individual block. Not the whole thing, each thing as separated by the spaces. One by one.

This crap is hard. I used google to get the answers and me, Dormouse, and tofu were working through seeing how to get them.

But now we're stuck.
2005-12-15, 6:05 PM #30
It's not doing anything, it's only got 7 characters, so I'm assuming it won't work?
I tried adding a "1" to the end of 1101100 (aka the first of the 5 blocks) and it spit out a U with an accent mark over it. I don't get it, it's like there's no answer because the code isn't shown correctly?

Doesn't a binary set need 8 digits, not 7?

1101100 1100001 1110100 1101001 1101110 .... all have 7 digits?

Veg, it doesn't need 8 digits.

Use windows calculator, switch to binary mode and type in a group of seven digits, and then go into decimal mode. That decimal number is an ascii character code.
2005-12-15, 6:12 PM #32
Convert the binary to decimal first; then look it up in an ASCII table. Or, you might be able to just add a 0 on the front.
