I'm spending holiday times in ENGLAND!
2005-12-21, 11:17 AM #1
So for those who don't know, I'll be leaving for England tomorrow (Thursday 22nd) and staying with my mother and step-father (my sister and her boyfriend are visiting as well) and I'll be returning on the 1st/2nd of January. I should even be in London during New Year's Eve. WHEEE!

So all you Massassians in England-land, we need to meet up somehow! Pleeeeease?

Oh yeah, I forgot. My mother and step-father (whom I'll be staying with most of the time) live in the Cheltenham area, in a village I think is called Temple Guiting. It's apparently pretty posh, from what I understand, but to me, all of England is pretty posh ;)

Sorry, man. I'm pretty bound my where others can take me. I don't think I could hack up to driving on the other side of the road, if nothing else :p

not a problem, i'd just get you drunk anyway.
2005-12-21, 11:50 AM #5
Oh no, not getting drunk! Though actually, I have yet to get drunk... I've only recently discovered that I like any alcohol at all :p

And though I say England Massassians, I really mean any Massassian I can visit while over there. I ain't picky :)

It's not the alcohol that you're supposed to like...just it's effects...

I'd join you, but I can't really convince my parents to let me go off gallavanting in London for a day to meat a crazy person I met online.
Hey, Blue? I'm loving the things you do. From the very first time, the fight you fight for will always be mine.

I live in woodford halse, just north of Banbury (when not at uni, which is now till the 8th of Jan),

just done a little search on google, Temple Guiting is 41 miles from where I live, would take me about an hour to get there allowing for travelling on country roads and going through banbury...

uuummm, do I want to drive an hour to met a total stranger from the US...uumm...yeah why the hell not. :p

I'm busy in the run up to christmas and boxing day is normally a family thing so 23rd-26th is out. From then till new years is a possibility, although my girlfriend is coming up for new years, but she might even want to come along, I'll ask her and let you know.

I live in London (just about) so if you'd like to meet a random Britassian I might be able to meet you just before New Years or something.
2005-12-25, 9:41 AM #36
I live just north of London, but I'd probably kill you all.

Awww Mort, killing's no fun. It'd certainly be amusing to put a face to you in any case :) But if you don't wanna meet, that's fine.

Recusant -- sent you a PM.

OK all, we're going to cross our fingers -- I'm hoping to see Anakin-Paul and James Bond on Friday, and Ruthven and Recusant on Saturday. We'll see how things turn out...

I'll be sending you a PM soon enough, James Bond.
