My 18 years-old roommate has a 14 years-old girlfriend

No idea CaveDemon, and I don't want to ask. Something tells me some of you guys didn't read the entire stuff I wrote. While I am a bit iffy with the relationship of a 18 and a 14 years-old, I would kind of be fine with it if it was more serious. In other words, no baby talk, no constant sweet talk, no phone sex, no skipping classes, and if the parents are okay with it. The parents being okay with it is a big deal; do you guys recall the event where an 18 year-old shot the parents of a 14 years-old and ran away with her? Believe it or not that happened in my hometown.

It's hypocrital of me to enjoy older women and yet denounce older men banging preteens (sorry for that).

I wouldn't really say that depending on if you are legal age.

Wait, so Rob is Cloud's roommate?

Nope...unless my roommate is using an alias, but my roommate has never heard or been to Massassi.

Leave'em alone. If the girl wants to ruin her life with your roommate, let her. There is no reasoning with morons in that situation, my exgirlfriend got into a relationship with a 21 year old "lonewolf" when she was 15 and neither of them had any sense left. According to them, I was in the wrong for trying to break them up. So, if people like that want to be in "love" like that and ruin their lives, let'em.

Again, notice how in my initial post I didn't say I took any sort of action. He doesn't even know I have a problem with his relationship.

Based on these two threads, your room mate is a self-indulgent attention whore, plain and simple.

I learned from him in the past that he didn't particularly had a good high school experience. He was pretty much an outsider and deemed a stalker because he tried to help girls who had "******* boyfriends." His female interactions weren't all that great according to him. He goes on to say that most of his friends were people older than him or people younger than him. One time, he was sent to a psychologist because people were wary that he would go postal from a comment he made.
So this attention that he is receiving from these young girls is making up for the lack of attention he didn't received back in high school. It gives him a better sense of self-worth and importance. Additionally, it is making up for the little female interactions he had in the past. Although some how I can't help, but get the sense that he is kind of using them for this purpose.

Though it seems from both of these threads I despise my roommate this isn't really the case. My first roommate was much worse compared to him. I can get along with him...it's just that when he initiates the phone talks...argh. Otherwise, we can have fun at times playing console and pc games together.

one of my good friends was 14 as a freshman, but it's pretty rare. i'd say it's a safe bet the 14-year old in question is still in middle school.
