Subliminal hidden messages in signs around us...

Friend of mine pointed out something in the FedEx logo that I'd never noticed before. The E and X form a little arrow. Let me show you...

Post some of the things in signs that most people don't notice, such as this arrow.

If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

I don't know how else to explain that Fed Ex wanted a subliminal arrow in their logo, and so they paid money for someone to arrange that...

You know, I just had a whole arguement planned out for this, and I just decided it wasn't worth it and spending a lot of money on something like that is rather stupid.

Designing a logo isn't as easy as you'd think. These subliminal messages are put there on purpose. You have to study creative techniques, typography, colors and other things to make quality logos.

Impi is correct.

Its not like they asked for "the e and the x to form an arrow!"

And I highly doubt you could have come up with the same logo in 5 minutes.

I saw that one. I don't really think that there was supposed to be a message there.

Never said I could, MB. I understand the troubles they had to go to, and that making a logo is hard.

It's just my opinion something that at most half the people who look at the sign won't see it, and it was somewhat a useless investment, although a good one I'm sure they thought.

The arrow is not 'subliminal' at all, as far as I'm concerned. What subliminal message would it be trying to put across? It's just a fairly well-known combination of text that forms a symbol for an arrow, which is a decent symbol fora shipping company, no?

No, they paid big money to have those letters changed to form an arrow, and brainwashed the entire populace. It's a vast cover up. I probably shouldn't even be-
