How are your eyes?

I'm about -4.0 or -4.25 in both eyes.

I haven't had an eye test in a long time but so far they're still pretty decent. I think years of staring at the monitor has degraded them a bit but I think I'm still pretty far from glasses.

Haha, poor nerds. I have 20/20 vision despite looking at a computer screen for nearly 12 years. :)

its amazing. i've never met anyone with worse eyes than me before. you know, except blind people.

You've met me. I just checked: -7.50 and -8.00 (right and left eyes respectively, I think). My vision hasn't really gotten any worse thanks to wearing contacts (they're permeable gas, not soft). I wear glasses when I'm tired, lazy, or otherwise feel that I should wear glasses. I'm just glad I don't have it as bad as my sister does.

I know I have at least 20/20. The tester person at the DMV stopped the test at 20/20, but I wanted to keep going. :(

My eyesight, like my hearing, is not so great.

That seems to pretty much be the story of your life.

I used to have 20/15, now I legally must wear glasses when I drive because my nearsightedness has gotten so bad.

Yeah tofu.

I recently met your mom.

Not so great.

20/15 in both eyes

I also have better than average hearing, and both are balanced by my horrible sense of smell.

Can you swim with them?

I had 20/20 when I was younger. I had surgery to attempt to correct strabismus, my vision got a little worse, and the effects of the surgery didn't last. I had another surgery to attempt to correct it again, vision got worse again, and once again the surgery didn't work. My vision has progressively worsened since then, and now my right eye can't really see anything clearly more than a foot away. The left eye is okay up to a meter or so. I kind of have to wear glasses now, but I think I'm going to ask my optometrist if I'm eligible for contacts the next time I'm there.

Hmm, not without goggles. That would be a bad idea.

I am red green colourblind.

My friend Dave says I'm an eye-spaz :(

(But on the plus side I have better long and short focus than most because I have an abundance of the other receptors on my retinas)

-2.5 in one, -2.75 in the other. (I can't quite remember which, though)

I cheated on an eye exam in sixth grade, haha.

I was thinking about trying that for if I ever go for my driver's liscense.

So that I wouldn't end up being legally bound to wearing my glasses at all time.
