That should be, "You know the entire amazing art thing disney USED to do?"

Disney's movies and animation have seriously been on the "meh" side in recent years.
is it one of those 3d 3rd person action/adventure games you get so much of on the playstation?

i dont really like them at all.
accualy it's more of a free-roaming real-time RPG that you don't see anywhere.

I love it.

[edit] it should also tell you something when everyone who has played it (except one or two who didn't play very far) say it's awesome, and those who think it's lame say so just because it "has donnald duck in it." once you get to the main story it's alot darker and serious even than some of the Final Fantasy games were.[/edit]

And KH had all of their older movies, except in 3D.... so, yeah. My point holds.

I played a Japanese Import of the game today and completed a couple of hours worth of gameplay.

Here are some impressions:

 • Music: Very good. There are already a few songs I like in particular. The opening song Passion, the battle song "Tension Rising"...all of the music has fit the game well so far.
 • Graphics: Improved signficantly over the original. The amount of detail in Twilight Town blows anything in the first game out of the water. The polycount has been increased a lot, and the textures don't look as blurry as they did in some areas in the first game.
 • Camera: It has been moved farther from the character to give the player a greater view of the surroundings. Controls with right-analog stick, although I hope they let you "un"inverse the controls (I don't know Japanese, so the options menu is confusing as heck).
 • There have been 6 minigames so far, and all have been really fun. There was also an Arena-type area to fight special bosses. I enjoyed the variety.
 • I fought only one "real" boss battle so far, but the use of the Triangle button for special actions is amazing. It's very cinematic, sort of like God of War's boss battles were.
 • Platforming elements have been almost removed, and the directions on what to do are a lot more clear. There are lots of help screens to aid the player.

It's just an all around very polished game. Looking forward to playing the rest of the game in the English version. March 28 can't come soon enough.
