I beleive in Creationism, I have never heard a good argument for evolution, (and I think I have heard just about all of them). As for creation it is circular reasoning to a degree. But it has more historical support than evolution.
I think we can forget ID as it seems to try to find a middle ground in a debate that dosen't really have one.
Ok, normally I try to stay away from this topic, but this comment got to me a bit. If it was said earlier in the post, sorry, I didn't take time to read everything, but what I have to say applies to those also.
You really need to be careful when you say something like that... the reason?read on
I believe in creation by God, but *gasp* I also believe in evolution! OMG SACRILEGE!

I'm going to do some light bashing of strict creationists here, so I'm sorry if you hate me because of it, but there are flaws in strict creationism. They all stem from ignorance and not trying to actually research things and understand them.
Evolution is a fact, let me repeat that for those who missed it, evolution is a fact. (what's disputed is the evolution of modern man and his origins, not evolution in general) We see it every day, it's called mutations for survival. Bacteria and germs do it all the time. It even happens on small scales inside the human body (i.e. the immune system). So you not believing in evolution is just ignorance, and saying you've heard all the arguments and none are strong enough is basically saying you're not listening to them. Hell, even the earth itself has evolved since it was formed. Plants evolve, animals evolve, everything that lives evolves. To think that in the thousands of years humans have been around they never evolved is just plain stupidity.
For those that base their creationist beliefs from Genesis in the christian Bible. Remember that genesis was written by Moses to explain the origins of life to the Hebrews that he freed from Egypt. Also remember that they wern't the most intillegent people around (not a bash, they were slaves and not educated). He had to explain it to them in a way they could understand. Genesis takes place in pre-written history, hence it cannot be taken as 100% accurate.
It really isn't that hard to combine the two beliefs, God created everything, and evolution is the natural course of life that followed. See? in one statement I made both creation and evolution both coexist in harmony.
Just my 2 cents, if you don't believe what I do, that's fine, but I just figured it's better to give a reason rather than just to accept something with no explination.
