So, I totally think we should develope an elaborate network of free ipod accounts in an attempt to get us all free ipods. What do you cats think? All we need to do is sign 4 of us up, get so many people to sign up for stupid free offers online, and reep the free iPods!

Here's a little guide. The only issue I see is that these offers aren't exactly FREE. I don't wanna have to convince people to sign up for 9.99$ credit cards. Anyone know if there are free offers?

No, the offers aren't free. Also, it doesn't work. I followed the instructions exactly, referred five people (okay, so they were just alter-egos of me with different e-mail addresses) who also signed up for the not-so-free offers... and the thing still says that I haven't signed up for any. Now it does say to allow up to 8 weeks for processing... but this was eight months ago. So I'm out a few bucks, and no free ipod.

It's a scam; don't fall for it.

No, I just figured it out. All we need to do is get 5 people per 1 persons. We don't want anyone to sign up for an account if they're NOT signing up from a referer. The biggest issue is that nearly all of the offers require a credit card. I have significant evidence to back up the fact that sharing your credit card on this system is NOT a dangerous thing. The difficulty is in assuring 5 other people of that.

I need at least 5 people who are willing to use their credit card. After that, we'll need 25 people, and then... you get the picture. I'm more than willing to bet one of our admin-type people won't like this thread, though... I have no idea why.

hopefully you might enjoy this story, I have a freind who accualy got a free iPod this way by essentialy scaming the scammers:

you need a creditcard number to "verify that your 18" or what ever, which he is not. So he went and used the number from a used simon giftcard....and well I guess it worked because he has a iPod he got from them now.

but this is the same guy who used the FREE Limewire to download the PAY Limewire.

so, if the admins want to cut this out before Kirby gets any dumb ideas go right ahead. I thought you guys might enjoy the story though.
