I dunno, I think it's funny that all these emails are being posted. I said I have a spare, not thirty.

Accounts are growing exponentially. It seems that new members are getting 3 invitations a few days after registering. So that could easily expand to be quite a few people in a couple of weeks.

Gmail is pretty cool. I picked up fourwood@gmail.com earlier today, but I haven't used it too much. I'll have to get around to doing that later.

Oh well, if any of you want to beg and plead and trade something for an account....

Nay, unfortunatly. Gmail usernames must be 6 chars or longer. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif]

As soon as I get invites...

If the way I got mine is any indication, you should have some on Wednesday. Unless they just do them periodically like once a week or something.

I hope GBK kept the first and last name I entered, haha.

Would you be a kindly human being and sent me one as well if you have an extra? My email is in my profile.

Hmm, g-mail, well I was gonna get one of these accounts... but this morning when I checked my yahoo mail I found they upgraded, big time. New interface, 100 MB of storage... all on their free mail option. So it's time to stick with yahoo....... at least until gmail is free to public! Obvioulsy yahoo is feeling the heat from google.

Yeah, i'll stick with yahoo for now. The interface isn't much different in layout but it looks much nicer [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif] 100mb is more than i'll ever use too. Being able to send 10mb attachments is one thing i've wanted for a long time.

<3 yahoo.

I'll still get a Gmail account when it goes public though.

As for hotmail, it still annoys me. The whole interface is annoying. Mainly clicking on the senders name to view the email rather than the subject... that's just twised logic to me.

There are quite a few problems with yahoo. First, they have huge flashing ads all over the place. Second, they tag a stupid advertisement at the bottom of every mail you send. Third, every year or so they reset your privacy settings and start spamming you daily until you log in and turn them off (AGAIN).

Although they have revised their interface, they certainly can't hold a candle to the google one. Sure they look the same in screenshots, but the gmail interface is amazing, keyboard shortcuts, a decent spell checker, collapsable threads, the whole thing just feels like a real mail client (as opposed to a web based one).

Well norton internet security kills ALL the ads on yahoo for me. As for it resetting your privacy settings.. i've never had that happen to me.

Well until i've tried GMail I can't comment on its interface.
