Happy Birthday Massassi! I've been here since August 1998, which is when I first checked out the "hosted sites" section of Jedi Nights and found this green haven of editing knowledge. I even remember when Massassi got it's own sub-domain on Jedi Nights because it had just made 10,000 hits!

Well happy anniversary of your creation Massassi Temple (for Monday). I joined up about feb 2002 so I've been lurking in the shadows ever since then pretty much.

I remember random people from the past. I used to think people like Ace Alpha, Malli, Caitian Tourist and Tanko were popular, but no one seems to remember them now...

Then again, who would remember a FastGamerr in 2010? I'd be annoyed to.

I for some reason remember blackpanther over all the other (older) members, even though he stopped coming here shortly after I joined

I think this is my timeline (per buck)

-Early 01: finally gave into Froggy's incessant urges and came here to get some levels and mods
-October 01: signed up on the levels comments/EC system
-Feb 02: signed up as FRNDS_Pommy
-June 10 02: became a fileposter
-September 28 02 - reached 1337 posts with FRNDS_Pommy (wow 1337 posts in like seven months .. how sad) and signed up as just Pommy
-Like, may 03? or something. I forgot. It was a little after JO came out. - became forum admin, chatop, levels/ec admin
-sometime later that year (october?) - did something stupid and got fired from forum adminning. Was still a chatop for a while.
-sometime early 2004 (jan-feb) - made a dramatic "I'm leaving post"
-early 2005 - came back intending just to make a few posts and ended up staying (sigh)

I've been checking this site every time I go online for I don't know how long. I do remember that site opening message though... so maybe it was from the very start? :eek:

Anyhow, I just wanted to say thanks for not only being around for so long and having so many tools, files, and otherwise helpful or informative links or bits of news, but also hosting my most major mods, Ninja Kage and Saber Battle X. I notice SBX-JK v3.1 still has the most downloads of the JK mods by quite a margin—something I'm still astonished about to this day. I had no idea so many people would like it, and I thank each and every one of you for trying it out. I just wish more people were still playing JK today =\ Occasionally I play on the same server ORJ plays on these days, which is 24.225.221.216.
