If you notice there are cuts in the video editing. That means if one part didn't go right, they had a chance to fix it and re-film it.

Just finished it. I was expecting some sort of ending other then fading to black. Youknow, like it finally making a bowl of cereal or something useful. But no, just fade to a buncha german names! (the camerawork sucked, couldnt see what was going on most of the time)

Whole thing. Boat and kettles owned, and I laughed at the fire department being in the credits.

Ah yes, the infamous "The Way Things Go." I've wanted to watch this for a while. I'll watch the rest of it sometime later.

What was the final result? They just dump more water into dry ice? Seems like a waste of several gallons of chemicals for you real purpose (I realize it's supposed to be like that, but usually the end result is boil an egg, sharpen a pencil, etc)

I watched the entirety, my interest keeping me there. Everything else in my body said "THIS IS STUPID!" But the nerd in me kept watching.

Oh, and yeah: The camera cuts are time-lapse things. Enough time passed on some of those that the shades get shut on the warehouse windows, and a few lights are turned on and off in a few other places. There was also other noises at a few points, which leads me to believe that there's like 30 people in the room watching it.

It was still spinning at 2:00? I couldn't take it after 33 seconds.

Watched the whole thing, some parts of it were really lame and boring, whereas other parts were really cool. I had absolutely nothing better to do, so I just went ahead and watched it all anyways. Especially liked the kettle part.

If you would notice, those were camera cuts and time lapsing, not do overs.

Rob is right.

Do some research on Rube Goldberg before you start acting all condecending, k?

But, they don't always work exactly right. It might take a few tries to get everything to work, but it does work. One of the largest took over 2000 different actions to turn off a light switch. Who knows how many countless times they tried the machine before they got one complete success.

I don't think anyone faking, I just look at the video analitcaly and try not to to jump in to popular belief. If you don't analyze, and keep out a critical eye, you start to believing in UFOs and that the government responsible for 9/11.

Except this is a widely know popular video with countless witnesses and tons of proof that it was done in one shot.

And you should also beware, over-analyzing a video will produce the same "UFO" and other stupid ideas.

Some of it was acid, if you watch it melt a wooden peg.

The ending was blah, but hey, think of the cleanup! If it did something messy like smash a dozen eggs, then you'd have burnt things, melted things, frozen things, other things, exploded explosives, liquid nitrogen, acid, and countless bottles of water to clean up, PLUS the goo from a dozen eggs.
